Eligibility
Statement: Before we can ship any ammunition you must complete the
following requirements. You can submit a handwritten or typed statement attesting to
the following; "I am at least 21 years old, not a felon, and know of no Federal
or State laws prohibiting me from purchasing this ammunition." A
photocopy of your drivers license is required for proof of age. You can fax, mail,
or email with scan us this information. We cannot process any ammunition order
unless we have the proper I.D. We keep your information private! NOTE! C&R or FFL license holders can fax copy of license
in lieu of sending eligibility statement.
Credit Card
orders on ammunition can be faxed ( 631 205 0353 ) and include the eligibility
statement and photocopy of drivers license to process. Include all numbers and
expiration date, your billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email
address. Ammunition orders can also be called in ( 631 205 1299 ) and paid for using
your credit card. We only need the eligibility statement once and you may place
future orders for ammunition without having to fax or mail it in again.
