Absolutely NO added charge for credit card use! Minimum order should total $20.00 or more before shipping charges are added for credit card processing. No exceptions. Currently, you may call in or fax your order. Shortly, our site will be encrypted secure and you will be able to order right from this site using your credit card. Est late summer. Payment by Mail: No special order form is required and there is no minimum order required. Just list the items you want by item number and the quantities you need. Total up the page and include correct shipping charges that are listed below. Postal money orders, bank checks, certified checks usually receive same day service. Personal checks are gladly accepted but must first be held minimum 3 days before shipment can be made. Make checks and money order payable to Orion 7 Enterprises Inc. C.O.D. Orders: Sorry, are not accepted. New York State Residents. Please include appropriate sales tax. Sorry. Absolutely NO international orders accepted. Our Policy All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. We do our best to provide our customers with the best quality products, priced fairly, professionally packaged and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after receipt, but some special request or collector orders may take a little longer. Special request orders sometimes delays shipment 3-5 days. We thank you for your patience and we want you to know that we only ship products that we would want for our own use. We like to get your order complete and correct the first time around! We ship both UPS and USPS at this time. We process and pack orders Monday thru Thursdays. Orders received by mail or fax Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following Monday-Tuesday. Returns are accepted as long as returned within 3 days of receipt, in the original shipping container, a copy of the original receipt, a reason for the return, and the return authorization number on the outside of the shipment. Call 631 205 1299 for return authorization number or email. Refunds will be made less original shipping and handling charges. We have less than a 1/4 of one percent return record in over 23 years. Sorry, absolutely no returns on handguards or stocks. We do not refund or compensate shipping charges on shipments returned to us. There is an additional 5% restocking and administration fee for returned firearms and a $50.00 administration fee for all cancelled firearm orders held with credit card deposits. Special rush shipments will be accommodated to the best of our ability. We are not always prepared to accept an order that must be shipped a few hours after the order was initially placed, but we can gladly try and in most cases we do it! Please note! We do not share your name or mailing/physical address with anyone! Your credit card information is kept secure until your order is fully processed and shipped. We do not keep this information stored in any electronic file or by any electronic means that can be accessed by anyone other than our upper management. Our hard copy of your credit card information is stored in our secured offices which are monitored by 2 independent security systems. We keep your personal information PRIVATE. Shipping Charges Many standard part and accessory orders are shipped within 24 hours. Minimum shipping and handling on credit card orders is flat-rate $8.50. We reduce the shipping to $5.00 on small orders weighing under 1 pound and totaling under $20.00 when paid by money order or check. This covers all our shipping costs, private and purchased insurance, confirmation delivery fees, administration fees, and labor handling fees. Orders totaling $50.00 to $100.00 $9.50 Orders totaling $100.01 to $150.00 $10.50 Orders totaling $150.01 to $250.00 $12.50 Orders over $250.00 min $13.50 plus any additional weight (heavy or oversize packages), insurance, or special handling or delivery areas. Shipping charges for orders totaling more than $50.00 may deviate slightly from above schedule due to special surcharges imposed by UPS or USPS for remote delivery areas, etc. The rates above are estimates. Ammunition orders have additional charges due to increased weight and special handling/shipping requirements. Our disclaimer at the bottom of this page also applies to ammunition sales. There will be a $2.00 fee added to orders shipped via UPS to residential addresses. UPS imposes these additional charges, not us. We are sorry that starting Jan 1st 2007 can no longer absorb all these additional UPS fees. M1 or M14 stocks are minimum $13.50 flat rate 48 lower and usually shipped Priority Mail insured. Alaska and Hawaii must use 2nd day UPS air service for heavy packages. Please read: Since the majority of our products are government surplus and were produced by U.S. government contractors over 50 years ago, all rifle components and accessories are sold with no warrantee expressed or implied. Since the use or assembly of our products into working firearms is out of our control after shipment, Orion 7 Enterprises Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for the use of any product sold and will not be held liable or responsible for any injury or lawsuit resulting from the use or misuse of any of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and our recommendation to have a qualified licensed insured gunsmith check and install any rifle component or accessory sold by us and then ONLY in rifles in good working order that have been thoroughly checked and deemed certified safe by the qualified licensed insured gunsmith. Ordering constitutes agreement to all terms stated above.
